Sohel Rana, accountant personnel is responsible for the financial management activities of CPRD in a project titled “Compensation for local communities impacted by Climate loss in Bangladesh” Funded by HEKS.

He is also responsible for the financial management activities of CPRD in a project titled “Promoting Green Inclusive and Resilient Cities in South Asia” Funded by CASNA.

He joined CPRD in March 2018 as a Junior Accounts Officer. Prior to this, he worked at BRAC Bank Ltd & Eastern Bank Ltd as a Collection Executive consecutively.

Sohel Rana completed his BBA in Finance from the Asian University of Bangladesh and MBA in Accounting & Finance from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Rajshahi.

His area of interest includes Public Accounting, Auditing, Accounting Education, and Climate Change.
