Mir Mehoraf Sharif
Mir Mehoraf Sharif, is working as Research Assistant (Advocacy & Communication) at Center for Participatory Research & Development (CPRD). In 2019 he has attended a three months long TRAINING ON CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION AND MITIGATION provided by Christian Commission for Development in Bangladesh: CCDB and placed first among 25 climate professionals.
Before CPRD Mr. Sharif has served as an ICT trainer at Society for Bright Social Service under the learning and earning development project of Bangladesh’s ministry of ICT. He also has experience in working as a customer service supervisor and distribution Manager from 2009 to 2014 at Airtel Bangladesh Limited. During this time, he and his team won the Best Distributor award (DON#1 in the country) in 2013.
Mr. Sharif earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from State University of Bangladesh. His field of interest includes climate change mitigation and adaptation, ICT in climate change and the Blue economy, technological use in climate change adaptation, Green Energy, etc.
